My husband is so glad that I bought a DSLR camera because I have taken so many pictures of our daughter just growing up. I wish I would have bought one sooner, but at least I have one now!

I do most of my photo editing with Picnik, so I was pretty proud of myself for this edit.
My daughter's black church shoes, I bought them early this fall about 1/2 to 1 size bigger so there would be room to grow, but they now almost fit her perfectly! At the rate she's growing, I'll be happy if they make it through the winter (which in Wisconsin lasts until sometime in May).
Paper Heart Camera Photo Challenge: The Little Details
This is a picture of my daughter's second birthday. My mom bought the princess crowns for her and my little nieces and they loved them, and they are pretty kid friendly too.
I also just love how when kids are learning how to use utensils, they hold them in one hand and eat with the other, and they HAVE to hold it or they won't eat. Believe me, I've tried. Maybe it's just my kid, I don't know, but I think it's pretty funny! Well Lucy, you might as well do it now while you're cute and can still get away with it.
Paper Mama Photo Challenge: Food
Also really excited that the photo of my daughter in her bumblebee costume with her butt/stinger in the air got #4 in Paper Mama Photo Challenge and #9 in Trendy Treehouse Shutter Love Tuesdays Photo Challenge.
My other photo of my little bumblebee and "Indiana Jones" got top 3 at Live Every Moment Photo Challenge!
Please vote for me here, please?

ReplyDelete"You can capture a moment in time, the details, the smiles, the expressions, all of it. You can never go back in time, but photos help us remember a little more clearly."
That's one of the reasons I love photography. Thanks for linking up!
