Scavenger Hunt Sunday

This week I have just been so not inspired to take pictures.  It's cold and dark and this weekend has been rainy...you get the idea.  But I just love Scavenger Hunt Sunday so I forced myself to pull my camera out of its bag and take some shots today, and I'm glad I did!  I feel a little more creative now so hopefully I'm over this slump?  Enjoy!

Self-Portrait:  Just plain ol' me, I dislike taking pictures of myself but I tried to have fun with it and I kind of like how this one turned out.

Handmade:  In this picture is my very cute black hat and my one and only handmade scarf that I knitted myself.  I would love to make another one someday, but I'm just too lazy.

Orange:  The season of Fall is over with here in Wisconsin so I had to be a little creative and find something else that is orange...

Candle:  My sister actually made this candle for me in her art class.  I love it, she's so sweet!

Traffic Signs or Signals:  The shot turned out blurry but I had to hurry and take the picture before the light turned green!

    Lovely work - very creative! Your self portrait is beautiful. Love the scarf.

    I know what you mean about the stoplight. I NEVER hit them green, so I thought it would be a snap. Last night, when I went to town, they were all green!

    Very creative captures. I love your self portrait, and the texture of the scarf and hat, the folds almost look like a face.

    Your handmade shot is beautiful..I love the black and white and selective focus. I like your traffic lights too despite the blurriness..it gives it an abstract feel.
